How to disable emoticons (Smileys) in Yahoo Messenger?

If you don't love Smiley's (Emoticons), don't worry, you can disable Emoticons in Yahoo Messenger, there is a procedure for it. The steps of the procedure are as follows

1. Click on Messenger

2. Click on Preferences

3. Click on Messages

4. Uncheck "Enable Emoticons" in Right Pane

5. Click Apply>> OK
